Always on the move
Here at Snowtails, we believe that we have created a unique flavorful experience, and we want to share it with as many people as possible. In order to do that, we don't have a standard brick-and-mortar store. Instead, we pop up at NYC street fairs and serve until we run out of stock.
We want to ensure that every cup of shaved snow that we sell is made with the utmost quality and care. We only use the freshest seasonal ingredients, never adding in stabilizers or emulsifiers into our bases. Because of this, we only carry limited quantities. So make sure to come early, because we run out quick!
OUR HISTORY ~ A message from Jasmine Young, co-Founder
Snowtails was an idea born from tradition in the Fall of 2016. While we offer lemon granita shaved ices, root beer floats and other special flavors, we are known for our Taiwanese-inspired shaved vanilla cream ice. All of the recipes we use for Snowtails are my and my sibling’s creations - Americanized, while remaining rooted to the Asian cultural recipes from which it came from. We are devoted to making every bite as flavorful as possible.
